Nottoway County Courthouse

Nottoway County Circuit Court and Nottoway County General and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Combined Courts are located in the same building at 328 West Courthouse Road in the town of Nottoway. The building opens at 9:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Cell phones, cameras, and personal electronics are not permitted in court and must be stored in a provided locker until exiting the building. The Nottoway County Courthouse has plenty of parking around the building to make up for a lack of public transportation. In Nottoway District Court, traffic and criminal cases are handled on Wednesdays. Before your court date, be sure to know what time and in which courtroom your case is to be handled.
