Attorney David Benowitz is one of the founding partners of Price Benowitz, LLP. Though only bar approved in Washington, DC and Maryland, David Benowitz still plays an active role in leading the Virginia criminal defense office. David has spent the entirety of his legal career fighting for the rights of clients. He holds the esteemed “AV” Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been designated a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association – Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Attorney Karin Riley Porter came to Price Benowitz after serving nine years as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Virginia. As a representative of the state, Porter handled cases ranging from DUIs to serious violent felonies, such as robberies and homicides. Karin has literally tried thousands of cases during her lengthy legal career. And it’s precisely this depth of experience as a former prosecutor that makes Porter such a valuable defense attorney. She is also a participating member of the National College for DUI Defense.
