Young Activist Nomination

It’s important to stand up for what we believe in and in order to do this, we sometimes need to take action. One way to take action is through activism. There are many forms of activism: environmental, political, and judicial activism, to name a few. Additionally, there are also many methods of activism, like protests, petitions, and lobbying. Ultimately, activism is driven by the desire to make changes in society.

Karin Riley Porter is a supporter of those who speak up about the changes they want to see, especially when they are passionate about their cause. That is why she will be offering the Young Activist Nomination! The winner of this nomination will be awarded a $500 prize that can be put toward their activism efforts or a cause of their choice. We want to inspire our youth to act on their passions and inspire the change they wish to see in the world!
