Fredericksburg Courthouse

There are three different courthouses in Fredericksburg, Virginia: the General District Court, located at 615 Princess Anne Street; the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, at 701 Princess Anne Street; and the Circuit Court, at 815 Princess Ann Street.

There is parking on the streets all around the courthouses, but most of the parking is limited to two hours, so take care to mind your time.  Cell phones, video cameras, and personal electronic devices are not allowed in any of these courthouses.

There is no Metro stop located near the courthouses, but there is a bus that runs in the area.  Behind the courthouses is Caroline Street where there are a number of places to grab something to eat, most notably Goolrick’s and Eileens.
